"Strikes with the Bahn for the time being stopped"
Thanks to everyone for your prayers, we will now be able to get down to Rome without any problems. Basically the two sides are talking now, so the strikes are on hold.
It's 8am and we're finding out the ins and outs of trying to process 5 people through one bathroom in one morning. Needless to say, it takes a little time to get everyone through and ready to go. We have a 5 hour train ride to Munich, about 6 hours in Munich to walk around and go to Biergartens, then catch the night train for the overnight trip to Rome.
Hopefully, we'll get some posts up immediately upon our return, but if not, I guess it will be par for the course. Back in a week or so...
