He's had more eyes open awake time this week than last. Fortunately this has been during the day so that we can sleep at night a little more. He's gone 3.25-4 hours between feedings the past two nights. Yeah!
We took him to the doctor for his one week check up on Thursday. Josh weighed 6 lbs 6.5 oz (14th percentile). Who would have thought that any child of ours would be BELOW average in weight!?! The hospital over-measured his length. The nurse measured him Thursday twice at 20.25". This is the 70th percentile. His head measured 36.2cm or 60th percentile. Tall skinny boy we have.
Josh has had many visitors over the past week. Margaret and Jason Hiscock, Great-Aunt Christine and Great-Uncle Bob, Al and Jane Lay, April and Steve Brown, Kristine Davidson and Mark Beltz.

The hospital and the doctors measure length differently-I found this out and insisted the nurse remeasure because I knew my boys didn't shrink!
Going from where he was to 14th percentile is great! I would have been thrilled if my boys were in the 14th percentile at Josh's age. My boys were always below the chart or about 10th percentile until they were several months old. Plus my boys were always in the 90th percentile for head size-hats never fit them!
